maria alvarez 5/17/2019 9:15 AMI had to change one of my daily challenge because is really time consuming to not eat animal product 3 times a day, I 'm not a vegan or vegetarian so is difficult to cook, to buy products like that. I change it to one meal per day at the beginning of the challenge and I get a lot of energy from my morning breakfast of fruits and grains. -
