So cleaned out frig.  Can’t say I didn’t waste food.  Lost in there were gr beans, refried  beans, ripe olives, rice, homemade salad dressing, & guacamole.   My only excuse is that all this came about well before the foot surgery and forgotten.   Now I’ll be more diligent, and soon as the weather warms we’ll start the compost.

Reminds me of my mom's refrigerator - only perhaps not as bad. I used to tease her about science experiments!!.  You will do better I have no doubt, #3 in Drawdown is not wasting food.  And Sara, if I've not said it before - I adore your profile photo and can't wait to see two feet up, one without a boot on it!  Take care!!

Jeanne was thinking I could change it to 5 minute showers,  since I’ve not been able to shower for 10 days.  i know too much information.  I did change out the compost challenge but can’t remember what I changed it to.

Haven’t been able to start composting,  darn.  Might have to change out a challenge cuz I can’t walk in the garden with this fricken boot I’m wearing.

You might want to pick meditation like I did instead.  Easier on the foot, which has got to be awful this time of year.  Take good care Sara!

Merry. Don’t know how to reply to you message, but yes reading a good book by Tana French that picked out for me. Hopefully when when finished,  it I’ll be able to pick out a book while at the library walking on two feet.

I've always been able to hit the "reply/pencil" icon and type a message right back.
Walking on two feet - not having a cold or other illness, oh the things we can take for granted!!

Been sorta laid up recovering from foot surgery but in there for the challenge. Doing what is possible with left foot elevated.  Least I’m not using fossil fuels.
