    My family has decided that we are going to stick with a mostly vegetarian diet, we have felt much better since beginning this challenge.

    To clarify my last post about the Yardstick score.  One of the challenges was to do an online energy audit and post the “Yardstick” they gave you and recommendations!

    I watched "Sustainable" on Netflix last night, was a very good production of how we can influence the ability to sustain ourselves without the need for much commercialization.

    I am enjoying riding my bike to work each day,  I am getting exercise and reducing my carbon footprint.
