    Do I get extra exercise points if I make it through one of the submerged spots on the trail without calling 911 for the Swiftwater Rescue teams assistance?

    I have determined that cleaning the garage and working on motorcycles is exercise. Logged just over 5,000 steps (back and forth in the garage, up and down the 50 yd driveway to/from the house), did some weight lifting (moving bags of fertilizer, boxes of 'stuff' and several sizes of kettlebells), stair climbing (up and down the 15' ladder to get in/out the loft to retrieve bike parts).
