I hope I can  continue to do more to incorporate the many practices of clean healthy living and always be aware of  the impact  on our selves and the planet. It just takes 5 minutes to be mindful of our environment.

During this challenge I have made a point to be mindful and grateful .  As a result I have realized that it doesn’t take hours a day to do this just sometimes as little as 5 minutes. In 5 minutes I wrote a note and sent a card to someone who was having a difficult time . That 5 minutes meant so much to my friend.  Spending an extra 5 minutes at night to empty the dishwasher gives us a few more minutes in the morning to savor a few extra moments with our cup of coffee . How will you spend your 5 special moments today?

Way to go Jackie.  I have found that out also....it just takes a few minutes.  I hope I can continue that.  I don't understand why it took this challenge to make me write down what I'm grateful for!  What am I busy with anyway, that's more important.  And great idea about unloading the dishwasher at night.

I am feeling the benefits of starting my day mindful and  grateful.  It makes the day flow so much calmer.  This also helps me keep on track with my commitment to healthy eating.

Today I ate 3 meals  without any processed foods.  It is a little tough when you realize how many processed ingredients are in  so many  of our foods .

In my happiness  challenge today I  wrote down 3 grateful things in my life  for today . I also am challenging myself to not  and follow the news constantly. This is my first day of not reading the news headlines first thing in the morning. Began my day very differently and feel much less stressed  and actually am appreciating taking a walk around my property and enjoying nature . Much more peaceful

Today I arranged in my fridge a shelf for nearing expiration time. The bin contains veggies which need to  be eaten soon. I made a delicious  soup today instead of dumping the veggies as unfortunately I tend to do.

This is awesome Jackie!  Way to go.  I am also guilty of sometimes throwing out veggies.  Maybe some organization would help me too.

I sent an email to a dear friend today.  I also wrote down 3 things I am grateful for .  As I drank my coffee today I was enjoying the view outside as the day began and I was entertained by many beautiful birds waking up to the day . A wonderful way to start my day .
