Walked the dog, gardened, went to a Dr Apt and biked to and fro, then walked the dog with a friend and worked in the veggie garden where I found voles had eaten 2 tomatoes, 3 cauliflower and lettuce.  Not feeling magnanimous  and need a vicious cat to eat them..

Hiked up Icicle Ridge to the snow, maybe mile 8, took us 5 hours and then 3.5 down.  Very tired.  Ran out of water so filled with snow and the dog rolled and ate as much as she could.  I filled her water bottle also, since there is very little water on the hike.  whew

Today carpooled to trailhead of Iron Bear with 5 others and hiked to Teanaway Ridge and on to a knoll at 4 miles.  Snow at the knoll and lots of flowers including steerhead in full bloom.  Fantastic day with friends and dogs.

Walked in the morning to the Sleeping Lady Resort to pick up pictures and walked back.  Worked in the garden until I had to go to WRI for board meeting.  Did 4 errands on the way to minimize driving and carried a painting and sign to where they needed to go.  Big salad for lunch.

Bird fest in Leavenworth, at the Grundwald Guild.  Led a walk around the grounds after a great breakfast and looked at birds for a few hours.  Carpooled to and fro, walked the dog when I got back and worked in the garden until dusk.  Great day.
