I took my own cup today to the coffee shop I was running late and did not have time to make coffee at home. the lady ask me if I wanted straws? NO, thank you

so I took out two full bag of clothes that I don't wear and I took it to the good will store my closet looks great, I'm also thinking of changing my water heater to use that great rebate from the PUD

I had to change one of my daily challenge because is really time consuming to not eat animal product 3 times a day, I 'm not a vegan or vegetarian so is difficult to cook, to buy products like that. I change it to one meal per day at the beginning of the challenge and I get a lot of energy from my morning breakfast of fruits and grains.
