Chelsea Evans 5/13/2019 8:29 AMI can't believe I went 7 days without refined sugar! Trying to eat two meals a day without processed foods has also been good for me, and has really opened up my eyes as to how many products I still have in my house that are not whole foods.-

Chelsea Evans 5/11/2019 9:24 PMToday my mom and I volunteered with Cascadia Conservation. We pulled weeds at the base of Saddlerock in order to save the native plants that were planted last fall. It was a lovely morning! -
Chelsea Evans 5/11/2019 9:22 PMWe hiked around Ancient Lakes on Thursday. It was my first time there and I loved it! We represented with our Sustainable Wenatchee t-shirts. -

Chelsea Evans 5/07/2019 9:49 PMI've enjoyed getting outside for a walk the past two days on my lunch break instead of spending the whole hour in the windowless staff room. -
Chelsea Evans 5/06/2019 10:20 PMI made a cake today and didn't have a piece. This was a big accomplishment for me! I also made sure to get out the real plates and forks for my co-workers, and did not provide paper napkins, thus avoiding disposables. -
Chelsea Evans 5/05/2019 6:27 AMI'm having fun picking out my challenges! The hardest one for me so far will be avoiding refined sugar. This challenge will provide good motivation though!
