Sarah McCue 5/06/2019 9:28 AMJust gearing up for the challenge has made me for conscientious. I am going to order a glass water bottle so I can quit using the disposable ones, and until then I am using a mason jar. I watched a documentary about food and sustainability and chatted with my family about it. I brought my gym clothes in a plastic bag today :( but I noticed it and will change that habit too! Hope you all are having similar experiences starting this challenge! Happy 1st day!!
