    I am grateful for the members of this team who chose to take the time to discover more ways to be more environmentally friendly and to get a donation to CUUF. I am grateful for my new whole house water filtration system which was installed yesterday. (I am particularly sensitive to chlorine and am delighted to now be  able to bathe in chlorine free water!)  I am grateful to the plumbers who helped me carry out a piece of furniture to my garage that I am donating to the upcoming CUUF yard sale.

    I am grateful for Two Tails daycare, where I can leave Mija to play with her buddies, while I go hiking and play with mine! I am grateful for my body that allowed me to hike 8 1/2 miles today. I am grateful for the rattlesnake that moved just enough to alert me to it's presence so we could pass by on the trail safely.

    I am grateful for how much joy Mija brings to me and others. She made her momma proud working the crowd at O'Grady's yesterday, her smile brightening up everyone's day! I am grateful for sunshine and warm days. I am grateful for access to fresh, locally grown food.

    I am grateful that Mija woke me up at 5:30 instead of 4:30am this morning. 😁 I am grateful for my weekly CSA produce that both nourishes me and provides income for local farmers. I am grateful for my wonderful friends.

    I am grateful for having more than I need so I can donate items to the CUUF yard sale. I am grateful to Patriot Plumbing who came to my rescue on Friday afternoon within an hour of me calling when my undersink water filter decided to explode and sent water gushing everywhere. I am grateful I knew right where the shut off valve was, so my kitchen did not flood and I did not have to replace my brand new flooring.

    I am grateful for restful sleep, quality time with old friends, and hanging out with a delightful 7 year old boy while his parents had a date night! He made me broccoli ice cream and we watched Captain Underpants on Netflix. What's not to love!

    Grateful that the thunder last night did not seem to bother Mija in the least. Grateful for the rain watering my plants so I do not have to. Grateful for living in this beautiful valley!

    I am grateful for uninterrupted sleep, as having a 7 year old visiting completely tuckered Mija out! For air conditioning, as it hit 96 degrees at my place yesterday! And for quiet mornings sipping Earl Grey tea and listening to the quail greet the day. Life is great!
