Aysia Arrell 5/17/2019 2:12 PMAlso, the other day I woke up at 6AM to hike Castlerock with Whitney. I'm so out of shape, but the view from up top was worth all the huffing. #hikealocaltrail-

Aysia Arrell 5/17/2019 2:09 PMHonestly going to be kind of sad when this is over! I've been having so much fun checking in everyday and having something to hold me accountable for my actions... I've always been a eat dinner w/ a movie kind of girl, but I opted to eat all my meals distraction free. I actually love it, and I've successfully eaten all my meals TV free. (shocking, I know)-
Stefanie Neff 5/17/2019 8:22 PMIt's definitely nice to have dinner without distractions. Adam and I turn off the tv or radio and have a no cell phones at dinner rule. It's family time! -
Jeanne Poirier 5/17/2019 8:10 PMThe possibilities, eh? I haven't had a TV for over 28 years and I don't miss it a bit! Give me a good book any day!
