I am really glad I did this challenge! One of the things I did was I had a lot of cotton kitchen towels and I cut them in half, hemmed them and now I have a bunch of napkins. No more paper towels for me!

I planted an herb garden! It's really nice to be able to use fresh herbs when I cook. :)
